Yes. We hold video consultations with clients in other cities and abroad; sharing your documents by WhatsApp or e-mail is enough.

It depends on the subject, the court and the other party. At the first meeting we give realistic timelines from similar cases; we do not promise fixed dates.

Yes, consultations are by appointment. Call or WhatsApp +90 501 027 96 99 to set a date and time; the meeting can take place at our office in Ataköy or by video call. Messages received outside office hours are answered on the next working day.

We work in Turkish, English, German and Russian. Meetings, contracts and court filings for foreign clients are handled in these languages, with a sworn translator where the court requires one.

Our office is at Ataköy 7-8-9-10. Kısım, E-5 Yan Yol No:6 B Blok D:119, about ten minutes by car from the Bakırköy courthouse and a short walk from the Yenibosna metrobus stop.

The building has its own car park and there is free street parking. By public transport, use the Yenibosna metrobus stop or the İncirli station on the M1 metro line; both are a few minutes on foot.

The death certificate and civil registry extract of the deceased plus the applicant's ID are sufficient; the certificate is issued by a notary or the civil court of peace. Heirs living abroad can obtain it through our office with an apostilled ID and a power of attorney.

An uncontested divorce with a ready protocol is usually concluded at a single hearing; contested divorces can take more than a year depending on evidence and witnesses. Because it depends on the file, a realistic estimate is only possible after a first consultation.

Yes. Av. Yekcan Öner is a mediator registered with the Ministry of Justice (Reg. No. 29590). We conduct mandatory pre-litigation mediation in employment, commercial, tenancy and consumer disputes as well as voluntary mediation sessions.

An action for annulment of a residence permit refusal or cancellation must be filed with the administrative court within sixty days of notification. For deportation orders the deadline is seven days, so you should act immediately after service.

Yes. Video or telephone consultations are held by appointment, and clients living abroad can have their cases handled through a power of attorney without travelling to Turkey. Documents can be sent in advance by WhatsApp or e-mail.

The patient file and discharge summary, operation notes, the informed consent form, test and imaging results, prescriptions and invoices, and photographs taken before and after the treatment are enough for a first assessment. If the hospital withholds records, we request them through official channels.
